Hi! I’m Admarys Allones — a Certified Dental Assistant and a trained Myofunctional Therapist working alongside Dr. Pamela Marzban and our team at Pamela Marzban DDS, PC in Burke, Virginia. I believe that a beautiful, healthy smile starts with more than just teeth — it starts with proper function: how we breathe, how our tongue rests, how we chew, and how our airway develops.

My Role & Why It Matters

In our practice, I work specifically in the area of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, which means helping patients (children and adults) with issues like tongue-tie, lip-tie, improper swallowing patterns, airway development, mouth breathing, and habits that can affect long-term dental health and overall well-being.
Healthy oral function leads to healthier teeth, a healthier airway, improved sleep, and a confident smile.

My Background

My dental journey started in 2001 when I entered the Odontology University in Havana, Cuba. A year later, I moved to Virginia and continued my passion for dentistry and providing care for patients. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Marzban in 2004 and have been with her since. She is my mentor, my friend, and my family’s dentist.

I earned my certification as a Dental Assistant and further trained in myofunctional therapy in 2017 to complement the advanced dentistry we offer here. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable as we work together to discover the root causes of difficulty—and create lasting improvement.
